Christmas Candle Cake - Pleasingly Peppermint Chocolate!

I realize this isn't exactly a 'Christmasy' feel, buuuuut then little boys turning 6 & 7 don't exactly request tinsel & baubles for their birthdays. Haha! So dinosaurs it is! Homemade fondant ones, at that! Triple layer with chocolate mud dripping down the sides fighting (of course - boys!!) below a fondant palm tree.

This Unicorn birthday cake unfortunately had to be driven down a few country roads which affected it's height, just a little. lol ;) Overall, everyone was still happy with it!!

Puppies are always 'someone's' fave ... ;)
