The first half of 2020 has come and gone already! So much is different this year. You may be feeling uncertainty and heaviness. Maybe its fear that you feel. I've been MIA for way too long. Thank you for sticking around anyway! The last year has brought so many changes for me, with so much happening in just the last six months! And here we are in April, with so much uncertainty, which can cause such anxiety for some! I've spent the last month, focusing on me. Being centred, being grounded so that I can continue to be of service to myself and others! ... I've been outside lots. I've done things I don't usually make time for...finally did a beautiful puzzle that I've had for a year! I feel more at peace and more grounded now than I have in years. Yes there are times, that I wonder what's next but for the most part, I am living in the moment. This unprecedented time has made me take the time. Now it's time to get back to doing the work I love for others! I've done so much for myself and it's time to check in with you! What support do you need right now? Are you feeling out of sorts? Worried? With so much changing in the world, it can bring up triggers and more! Be extra kind to yourself. If you're feeling alone, know that I am here for you! If you're scared, know that you are not alone! **Edited to add*** those who know me, know how much I LOVE wearing sandals, so I think this is the perfect picture! Ha!

It's 2020! Out with the old and in with the new. It's not always the big shift we are hoping for. However, if you think of it as an opportunity to turn the page...the pressure falls away! Turning a page is easy right? Sure it is...but honestly it is as easy as starting a new chapter or heck, even a new book! ... You deserve happiness and success. You are allowed to feel overwhelmed and still be looking forward to moving ahead. The New Year can be tough because the high of the holiday season is flickering out. Yet, it can also be a time to look deep within and find your spark! You are capable of such amazing things. And you are good enough to receive those amazing things and more! It's not about making resolutions that you think you "should" make. It's about honouring yourself and what you need to shift your energy. For some, it is that the need to move more or eat more veggies. For others it is giving more time for things that bring joy. If you focus on the joy and not the "should" it will shift what you ask of yourself. Sometimes the resolution is creating goals and giving life to your dreams. Writing them down on paper so you can see that there is something exciting to work towards. Maybe the resolution is to stop hiding! To be seen and appreciated. You are worthy of SO much! Love, Joy, Faith, Happiness, Success, Abundance and more. You are worth the time that it takes to create greatness. You are worthy of compassion and understanding. 2020 is a glorious year to follow your heart. To give yourself permission that have what you want. No more playing small.
