It’s appears hair salons are part of Phase 2- this phase starts at 12:01 am Friday June 12th ; essentially I will open Monday so I have enough time to prepare. There will certainly be new protocols from the health unit, and I’m waiting to hear back. I just got the information on the news, just as you all have, I am currently waiting on more information; unfortunately our government does not pre-warn businesses that are reopening, they just give them 4 days notice, a bunch ...of new rules and a big shopping list. PLEASE please DO NOT message me - I’ve already received 58 messages in the last 30 min . I will be in touch to book clients as soon as I can. As a reminder , as per my last post, there will be many new protocols and that includes who gets booked first . I CAN NOT fit everyone in on the first day or even the first week . I know we are all waiting , I know you are grey, and I know your hair is long, we all need our hair done, including myself. I totally understand the frustration but Please BE PATIENT, I’m only ONE person and there are hundred of you!!

While we can all relate to the need for a haircut, a reminder that personal service settings, for example, hair salons, barbershops, nail salons, and tattoo stu...dios, are not yet able to open under Ontario’s emergency orders, which have been extended until June 9. We’ve received a number of inquiries from people curious about opening these services; however, until the emergency orders are lifted, these services must remain closed. By this time, most of us have been close to two months without a colour service or haircut. At this time, I’m very thankful for root sprays and temporary colour products. I’m getting quite grey...but as I’ve previously promised, I will support you by not colouring / cutting my own hair until we get word we can go back to working again. Are you still hanging in there?

Ladies & Gentlemen, UNFORTUNATELY, We are in this for another month, I KNOW it’s not easy, and I completely understand. BUT you are not alone, BILLIONS and Billions of people around the world are frustrated with their hair right now. In order to stand by my clients, and to prove we can all do it, I will not be colouring my hair until the night before we can safely open again. Temporary Root sprays work amazing if you are an essential worker and have to be in public. I a...lso want to take this time to remind everyone, colour corrections are triple the cost of a colour, so please be patient and think twice. Not only can you severely damage your hair or scalp but nobody is open for another month and you’ll be stuck with the results. When we get the okay to open again, I will be calling everyone who was previously scheduled, but I will NOT be taking colour corrections until I get to those who have been patiently waiting.
