We've got some interesting summer squash here (zucchini)! They are all cooked and eaten the same way. The small round ones (which are our favourite) are also great raw!

Open tomorrow at 9AM! Here's what will be on the stand: -strawberries -zucchini -green beans -beets... -cilantro -half pound bags of mixed lettuce (3 kinds of lettuce). Pre- washed and spin dried, this should last up to a week in the fridge! -baby romaine hearts -chums (a plum/cherry cross) -snap peas (so sweet and tasty, eat the whole pod!) -pea shoots (these are the the first 6 inches of young pea plants, eaten like salad or lightly stir-fried) There may be more I'm forgetting... A couple products will be on sale as we have too much and need to make room for more plants! Thanks!
