HAPPY THANKSGIVING! We hope that all of you were able to safely enjoy a yummy thanksgiving meal with your close circle members and give thanks for what you have! We ourselves indulged in some turkey, mashed potatoes and of course, pumpkin pie! But after this, we are feeling super full and sleepy... Questions that may be going through your head now are: What about your goals? What about all of the hard work that you put in before the long weekend to be able to enjoy yo...urself? What about the several glasses of wine that you drank? WELL NOT TO WORRY, AS ALWAYS, FORGE FITNESS HAS THE SOLUTIONS! Sometimes, we all need a weekend like thanksgiving to remind us about our goals and set us back on track. We are all human after all and deserve to treat ourselves and reward all of the hard work we have put in thus far! Now it is time to refocus, figure out what was working and what wasn't for you personally and then adjust goals accordingly.
