Needed a little love and now good. Best part, it is MINE!

The angel before and after. Patched. Painted and protective spray. Requested color all grey. Should be good for several years.

This one needed repairs and refinishing. Came with the glass/ sparkly hard blue Shell. So the color blue was the owners choice.

This Fairy needed a broken finger replaced and a general refresher. Good to go.

The traditional little Dutch boy and girl. The boys ankle / foot needed repairs. Clearly old and weather beaten. Refurbished and refreshed, ready to go.

Patch the Gnome just needed refreshing. Good to go.

Old fashion fun. The eyes needed work and a complete refresh. Was a challenge. Will sell If wanted.

Luther needed a new pinky finger on his right hand and a generally a redo. A nice 3 foot tall gnome looking good.

Some recent projects. Fixed as needed and ready to go.

Placed in the courtyard of a local business for employees and guests to enjoy.

A Gnome house. One perspective . 12 x 10 inches. Lots of detail to paint. Interesting and unique.

Clearly not a gnome but do like some variety. Now not destined for the scrap yard. Will be delivered to a new home very soon.

Here is Umberto, Enzos brother. His hand was also completely severed but now restored. Umberto was also badly weather beaten . Now good to go. Mediterranean gnomes a a rougher looking lot but very good natured.

Enzo a Mediterranean Gnome came to me badly weather beaten and with a severed hand. Cousins of the Woodland Gnome but a rougher looking sort. Now already to go.

Attractive wee guy. Abused over the years but in good shape. Some care and good for a number of years.

This guy was weather beaten and looking pretty plain. A visit to the clinic corrected that and now good to go.

This guy was a disaster. Not so bad now but a real challenge.

With a little time and care, can make a big difference.

Broken and UGLY! Was in landfill. Now a new lease on life.

Other then gnomes, I like turtles. This was/is a beauty. Sadly, have to give it back. Will look a lot better in front of a house.

The Road Runner came to me with a cracked neck and 90% detached from its base. Apparently cleaners that were in the owners house broke it and did not tell her. She was devastated as it was a family gift. Never done one like this before.

The old folks and musical gnomes are done and ready to go.

How it started : Two things combined to get everything the Gnome Doctor does started. First, inherited gnomes from my parents that needed refreshing. Second we wanted items removed from the house, not more brought in from a local craft store. So my crazy idea of getting gnomes from other people, fixing and repainting them and giving them back. Therefore not adding to our things. Well 50 plus projects later who would have thought. The picture below is work still ...in progress. Taking a lot of pride in this one as it was so bad, LANDFILL, refused to take it. Never considered myself crafty or artistic but just learn as I go. Always looking for gnomes people are willing to completely give up so I can find new homes for the refurbished gnomes. The tag, "Gnome Doctor" was from a lady I have known for years who lives in Lethbridge AB. Just had the right touch so it stuck. See more

Eddie the Gnome was a BROKEN and weathered gnome. Now good to go. Was a challenge but looking good. Would keep him myself but Eddie will be returned home, to Edmonton.

This fella was also sitting outside the Guelph Humane Society. Got permission to take him home to do some work on him and freshen him up. He is back in place and looking pretty fine. Nice way to greet visitors to the Humane Society.

Baker the Gnome came to me weather beaten and with a broken back/butt. Ready for the landfill. With some time and work, he is ready in a new home.
