I k is its been forever since I last posted but life has gotten way too busy for this mama! I finally think I have found my groove... Sunday's have become a sta...y in kind of day and prep for the week. Making wholesome, nutritious and delicious snacks and staples to get us through out busy days and nights. Just a couple of the many things prepped today are... 1. Quick and easy strawberry gummies! Made with grass-fed gelatine and organic frozen strawberries. Blended together with some raw, wild and local honey. Put in freezer to set for 15 mins. Took only 20 mins from start to finish! And a HUGE hit with the girls!! This quick and easy on the go snack is packed with protein and has the texture of jello! Toddler and mum approved:) 2. Grain free chocolate zucchini bread Made with raw, organic, no -gmo cacao paste and powder. This quick and simple recipe also only took about 30mins from start to finish and is also toddler approved. With a nice dose of veg, fibre and magnesium this mama knows her girls are set for the day! Happy week everyone!
