The Great Bay of Quinte BBQ Competition

BBQ on the Bow in Calgary is on track with a revised formula and protocol to meet health guidelines in light of Covid 19. I wish everyone well in bringing this forward.

An interesting sounding adventure for these two gentlemen. I can think of lots of good places, but very few that I would regard as outstanding when it comes to fish and chips or anything similar. The oldest for this writer would be Barbs Fish and Chips in Victoria. Oddly the one other place that also hits a high mark on a consistent basis is Redfish Bluefish, which is also in Victoria BC. Who else has a place that they regard as not simply good, but great ? Don’t be shy......

Big Bar update from the Fraser River. The good news is that salmon have been making it through, using the whoosh system. We might not have a salmon bbq as part of a competition at present, but we sure do hold true to supporting our roots.
