So here's a question i have a client book 4 appointments and never shows up or calls me to cancel, so now I won't take her back, and she has the nerve to post that my customer service skills are terrible........just saying be polite to me and my next appointment and if you can't make your appointment please call and cancel......oh by the way calling me 20 minutes after your appointment is due and telling me your running late doesn't help me.....sorry.

I have always advocated good health care in animals no matter what, I am not an over vaccination fan. I believe and have practiced the titre testing method instead of vaccines (I follow the Dr Jean Dodds method of vaccination) for many many years and it works. I do not force other people to vaccinate because of grooming it is your choice, but titer testing is important. If your dog is not vaccinated it should never stop the proper grooming or care.
