Good morning everyone, originally I had thought I would be able to remain open this round of lockdown but that is not the case, I will be closing for the month of January. I will be in touch with everyone this concerns over the course of the next week. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone for the support through this Christmas rush. Hi everyone! The Holiday season is upon us and with it come a few announcements. The first of which is I will be the only groomer at the salon moving forward. That being said, I will need to keep some clients pups a little longer than normal for their December grooming, and your cooperation is greatly appreciated. The second being that come January 2021 ALL grooms will be subjected to a $5 increase. The only price remaining unchanged will be the stand alone nail trimming ser...vice. Hi everybody! I know we have been a bit absent on our Facebook page since opening back up, it's been extremely busy around here. That being said, we have had several clients over the last two weeks showing up for their appointments on the wrong day, at the wrong time, or even without an appointment. If you have any questions regarding the date/time of upcoming appointments, please reach out. You can call us (519-491-0200), email us ([email protected]) or direct me...ssage us through Facebook. It puts us in a very difficult situation when appointments are confused. We are currently booking into October, so we have been trying to accommodate everyone but with being so busy it is extremely important to confirm your appointment. Moving forward, if anyone is more than 15 minutes past their scheduled time they will be asked to reschedule. If you come on the wrong date, you will be asked to return at your scheduled time, and if you come with no appointment booked you will be denied and asked to schedule at our first available appointment. We understand things come up and emergencies happen, if this is the case for you please reach out and let us know as soon as possible. Thank you everyone for your continued support! Victoria

Hey everyone! Just a heads up our phones and internet are currently down at the salon.

Hello again! Just a post about some changes we have made in effort to keep everyone safe and healthy. 1. Front door will remain locked between appointments, there will be NO ENTRY without a scheduled appointment. If you need to talk to one of us please call. 2. When you get to the door, please wait until one of us comes to collect your pup from the door. 3. Please do not come pick up your pups until you are called. We will give you a 15 minute heads up phone call prior. 4. Wh...en you come for pick up, please wait to be let it. 5. DEBIT AND CREDIT ONLY for payments, no cash transactions at this time please. 6. We will be sanitizing the doors and debit machines between every client. 7. Appointments have been staggered by a half an hour to avoid multiple clients arriving at the same time. If someone else is dropping off/picking up their pup, please respect their space, and wait until they leave, and give us a chance to sanitize before you enter. 8. Appointments will be taking longer than usual, and some haircuts may be shorter than what youre used to due to the length of time between grooming. Mats and tangles can form easily, and must be shaved out for the health of your pups. 9. Everyone is expected to follow these rules. Please be patient with us during this time. We are just trying to do everything we can to stay safe and not get shut down. Looking forward to seeing everyone!

Hello again everyone! If you didnt get a phone call today, dont panic, we didnt forget! Ive spent all day working on rescheduling, and I will be back in the salon tomorrow to hopefully finish. Im trying to get everyone in as soon as possible but unfortunately some people will have to wait until their next scheduled appointments. Its official as of fords announcement today, we can open as of Tuesday! The rest of the day today will be spent getting our house in order, and I will start contacting people tomorrow in order to reschedule everyones appointments. Its going to be incredibly difficult in regards to rescheduling, and we ask that everyone please be patient and understanding, we have never had to reschedule two months worth of clients before. This is the response I Recieved today regarding re opening the salon. I will try and get in contact with whoever I can in order to legally re open, but for the time being we would be facing a fine. This is an incredibly frustrating time for us and we appreciate everyones patience and understanding.

Hi everyone, I have been in contact with our local MPP office, and as it stands they are "looking into it". I hope to have more information soon, but unfortunately we will be remaining closed until we are cleared by them to open. Once we are able to, there will be new procedures in place to ensure that we all stay safe. Believe me, we miss all of you terribly and cant wait to see everyone again! We will be canceling appointments by the week in hopes of maintaining some of our clients appointments given the chance we are able to open back up. I hope you are all staying safe and healthy! Hi everyone, after much consideration and conversation between Jaret and myself, we have decided it is in the best interest of our clients as well as ourselves to follow the recommendation made to close our shop for the time being. We are hoping to be back in salon on March 30th, however this is subject to change over the course of the next week and a half. Hello everybody, as some of you may know I have been in Cuba this last week. We were supposed to fly home on Sunday the 16th in the morning but the runway was damaged by a flight incoming on Saturday night. Given the fact that there is only one airport on the Island of Cayo Largo, all air travel has been suspended until further notice. They have not made a plan yet to get us home, so I will be here until futher notice. Jaret will be doing his best to keep as many appointments... for this week as possible, but some will need to be rescheduled as there are simply too many appointments for him to handle alone. Those who need to be reached will be notified by Jaret today. Hopefully I will be home by the end of the week and resume business as usual. My internet access is extremely limited at this time but any messages or emails will be returned as soon as I have access to them. Thank you all for your patience and understanding with this matter.
