How incredibly adaptive is your pregnant body! I absolutely love this visual.
I'm hearing and seeing alot of mum's put pressure on themselves and society to get back to a pre pregnancy weight. I'm also hearing alot of negative talk about the flaps, the rolls, the flabby belly, the stretch marks, the cellulite,and the hair loss that can come after birthing.
