Congrats to @emmcroteau on his first of many @ushl win for @waterlooblackhawks as an 03. A big quick goalie with a very bright future. I could not be more proud of you Emmett #ushlhockey #ncaahockey

Are we moving? Nope just lent out a ton of equipment to my players so they can have real workouts with real weights. Just one more thing that separates us from everyone else. This is a huge opportunity for all players to get better stronger and faster. If you dont that is on you and is nobody's fault but yours. #beingbetter #nodaysoff

Kids got their cards and team photo today. We let our kids pick their own nicknames and height and weight. They are going to bring back old time hockey kicking and screaming if they have too. #ericlindros88 #scottstevens #sellingtickets #originalnicknames

Man I love watching Nova listening to world class physicists describing quantum entanglement in a way that I could understand it. I have zero training in quantum mechanics but have a basic understanding now. I wish some of these Instagram hockey "skills guys" would take a page from nova and stop trying to sound like a bio mechanical engineer.

The masked man himself @mattysutter heading down to boston today to play for @negenerals in the @nahlhockey the @lakestatehockey commit will be one of the youngest players in the league if not the youngest. But I am willing to bet the most intense player in the league. I asked a lot from him this summer all the skates all the training it was a relentless summer he took no vacation no long weekends at the lake he just got better and better. Boston will never be the same. I am so proud of you Matty. 16 years old playing junior A hockey in Boston what a life experience #nolakelife #nodaysoff

Working with our elite group WHL D1 and junior A players the biggest thing we talk about is not speed or stick handling it is reciveing the pass. If you dont have your stick in the right position it kills the 1st two. It is the problem with skating without game situations or pucks and dangling through inaniment objects. Positioning your stick to receive the pass is a skill that we are losing and will cost you draft position or a contract and even a scholarship. It is something we work on continuously. If you are a player or coach who wants to learn about it just direct message me and we can talk about it. Oh yeah no charge either just trying to help. #wecanbebetter
