Shannon is popping up with a Wednesday class through November at the Ivy Lea Resort fitness center (registration is closed as it filled before we ...posted), and the Saturday class lead by Anya has been opened up for drop ins (thank you Jocelyn). Remember Anya? Her and Janine used to instruct our Saturday classes ... both amazing!
