Daniela and Gillian, of our Halifax Regional Office, were excited to launch Caring Dads, a group intervention program for men who have exposed their children to domestic violence. We are thrilled to bring this program to Halifax through Project Dovetail, a partnership with New Start Counselling and reachAbility Association and supported by Nova Scotia Advisory Council on the Status of Women, Nova Scotia Culture and Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia.

Value Village has been a steady support to us throughout the COVID-19 Pandemic. Their donations have helped our Transition Team respond to clothing and footwear needs of people recently released from incarceration and/or experiencing homelessness. Additionally, Value Village has donated playing cards - a high demand item among our incarcerated clients. Our team and clients are very appreciative of Value Village's ongoing support!
