We can sometimes get carried away with all these new technological opportunities. Twitter is an excellent tool for reaching out and interacting with your customer/fan base. Facebook, too. But there is no substitute for actual sales, actual appointments, actual interaction. Start by looking at TwitBook et al as just another prospecting tool - and allocate your time accordingly.
