Welcome to TMP's Mental Wellness Check-In. Every Thursday we will be posting about mental health and wellness resources. Our Mental Health Check-In is hoping to highlight the different resources people can access, reduce stigma around accessing mental health services, and start a conversation about mental health and wellness. The Canadian Mental Health Association of Ontario has produced an online crisis guide: https://bit.ly/3mp0RJJ ... It has been developed to reach people during the COVID crisis, and it includes national, provincial, and regional resources. TMP will highlight resources in this guide in hopes information will reach people who need it.
