This is a copy on an email from June 30, 2020 from WEIGEL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ABOUT AN ONGOING NO PARKING ISSUE. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- All... Yesterday afternoon (while I was performing a site visit) there was a vehicle parked in front of the garbage doors at the building and they were blocking another vehicle from leaving the premises. This vehicle was there for a minimum of 3 hours. This is no longer acceptable. All residents should be parked in the assigned parking spot and visitors should be in the visitor parking area. This is a FIRE ROUTE and it is clearly marked. In the future, if anyone sees a vehicle parked in the fire route, please go ahead and call CITY OF KITCHENER BYLAW directly at 519-741-2345. They are available 24 hours a day. You do NOT need to be present when they come, as they will issue a ticket. If you obtain a ticket (for parking in a fire route) do not contact the Management Office to have it cancelled. This will not occur. We hope that this will solve this issue, without having to go to the next step of having the vehicle towed away at the owner’s expense. Thank you. Jeff Johns, R.C.M.
