it hasn’t been easy being closed for the past six weeks. We haven’t posted anything because we simply were in shock. I know we’re technically considered essential but, child care isn’t so unfortunately we haven’t been able to open even for take out. It took us a while to figure out how we can continue to serve you and our community but, we’ve finally come up with a plan and we will be launching it soon! We are super excited to share our plans with you so keep checking in!... Thanks to our amazing community for always supporting your local small businesses. You are all amazing! LONG, heartfelt post coming your way - it is with a very heavy heart that we tell you that this chapter in our lives has come to a bitter sweet end. We’ve come to the most difficult decision, to close our shop and sell the building. @thepeapodplace will continue on in a different manner. We will continue doing catering and custom order. And we will be adding meal prepping and frozen meals to our services. Soupscriptions will continue on as well and we will honour all gift ...certificates towards our new services once the shop is closed. Due to a major staffing crisis in our area and in our industry in general, (cue rumours) - it has become far too difficult to maintain the busy shop on our own. We are sad to go.
