Yaw all! The Rooster is officially going to 3 days a week, we are now open Thursday through Saturday until product sold out! Thank you/ Stutwiniitscw for all your support during this difficult summer for our province - we hope to see you on the weekends! In the meantime, we'll put our feet up and have a little beak, with a beer, I mean break!

We're ba-.ack! Open 11am -7pm Tuesday thru Sunday. (closed Mondays).

The Rooster will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, September 13th. Also possibly Wednesday if there are still burgers remaining. Come to the wharf and enjoy the lovely sunshine and a yummy Rooster beef burger!

Hey Folks, The Rooster will not be open this holiday weekend after all (Labour Day). But once the weather improves and Dathan is done with behind the scenes Rooster work, he will open for a day or two very soon. We'll keep you posted as to when.... Disclaimer: Dathan is a rooster whisperer and no fowl are ever harmed in his work.

This is my farewell for the season until next year! Thank you for an amazing season yet again! Please know that Dathan will open next weekend - Labour Day weekend - and continue to offer the famous Rooster Burger, Rooster Dogs, and Veggie East Indian. I'd like to extend big thanks to all the Coolians, fishermen/women, and tourists that swept us off our feet this summer! You're the reason we're here and keep us entertained and happy to continue serving you, and remain being ...an active part of the community. This was our third summer at the wharf and all of you made it very worthwhile. I would like to send a shout-out to Dathan....and thank him for being the best boss/business partner/dear friend and social magnet ever! I see great things in store for The Rooster and with your help we will continue to give you great food and fun service in the most spectacular setting ever! As much as I'm happy the season is winding to an end - cuz you guys worked me to the bone this year! - With record-breaking sales - I'm also feeling sad to see the sun dip beyond the mtns and another season end. But here's to a wonderful fall and magical winter to all! I know Dathan and I both share this sentiment, and that is that local support has meant a lot to us over the last 3 yrs! Dathan just closed The Rooster at 1pm today - Sunday, August 28th. Very strong winds at the harbour and generally inclement weather means no one around. We're down to our last 55 burgers, and lots of hot dogs, so Dathan will open next weekend - Labour Day weekend - until sold out! PS. We also now have some more Veggie East Indian as well.
