CAUTION! It's YOUR property and you can build what you want, where you want, how you want! WRONG! Unfortunately city by-laws and the Ontario building codes come into play regardless the size! We have seen it many times where customers have called who had a friend or an inexperienced contractor build their shed or garage and had to move or tear it down...a COSTLY MISTAKE to say the least! We have a good rapport with City Building and Planning and the knowledge to make sure this won't happen to you! Permits average $50-$150 and only are required on buildings exceeding 108 sq. ft. Unlike most of our competitors we will come to your house and fill out your building permit and submit it , not just advise you that you need one! A small price to pay for peace of mind!
