I have never received more calls from customers asking when the tractors would be there than I have today. Unless you work tonight or there is an emergency, there is no reason to be needing your yard opened immediately. The guys have been out for a few hours now and It will be open by morning for you as always :) We have 1 less machine on the road so things are a touch slower, i get that. But we are supposed to be staying home anyways. And it's a holiday so I don't think many necessities are open. Just breathe, relax, and enjoy the snow since the world around us has now slowed down. Build a snowman, read a book, call a friend. But yes, if it's urgent, call.

First massive storm coming this weekend! Remember to be prepared and stay off the roads. Our guys will all be out full tilt! Those in west bathurst will be seeing a different machine as we have gotten rid of the red tractor in exchange for a better more powerful blue one :)

Oh my, the weather is starting to cool a bit. All previous clients will be sent a letter by end of next week for confirmations along with outlining any changes to our service. Our phone will be back to regular hours on August 26th for reservations. This year we will have 2 draws for free residential snow removal. All you have to do is be confirmed and paid in full by the deadline on the letter :) Now to enjoy the nice weather while we still can!

TO OUR SNOW REMOVAL CLIENTS This is looking like we will get a massive blast of wind and snow this Sun/Mon. The majority of clients (like 95%) are patient and understanding BUT there are several that cannot wrap their head around massive storms and the time it takes to clean them. Make sure you have enough supplies to do you through the storm.We WILL NOT be opening your driveway out of sequence just because you ran out of something like cigarettes or coffee. For an E...MERGENCY we will TRY to make accommodations to the best of our ability. I am informing my drivers to ignore their phones unless it is a call from the dispatcher. They have a job to do and you calling them does nothing but SLOW THEM DOWN. I have also informed them NOT to push the equipment to the point of breaking it since it is absolutely no use to us broken. And do NOT expect us out BEFORE the plows start doing their job. If you cannot get out of your yard you cannot get out of your street. If you are on call you might want make other arrangements. We will not endanger our drivers this storm. Once you are busted open please do NOT start calling for a clean up time. If you have been opened we will be back for cleanup sometime. It may only be the next day or so depending on amounts. And yelling and cursing at the dispatcher WILL NOT help or be tolerated. You will be hung up on and dropped from the run. I should not have to post this but it seems that several clients have nothing better to do than call about things OUT of our control. One way or another that HAS to stop. Sit, relax, read a book or something and let us do our job. Our drivers are out and away from their families working in freezing conditions for upwards of 24 hours straight-so that you and your family can have the ability to get home or to work once roads are safe. This may insult some people but it has to be said. The demands and assumptions of some people have gotten way out of hand. AGAIN most of you (like 95%) will be no problem. Some of you have to take a deep breath and relax. Stay safe and off the roads unless necessary. See more
