Unacountablity to the people while accountable to corporate interests is what allows them to do that.

The Society for Human Authority 14.11.2020

I've said this before and I'm saying it again. The Statute of Westminster did absolutely not grant the provinces their sovereignty. A state is either sovereig...n or it is not: it is a rather binary status. For sovereignty a state must have "supremacy in the domestic policy and independence in the foreign one" and also note that "a sovereign state is neither dependent on nor subjected to any other power or state". Whilst a state can choose to follow the foreign policy of an external entity or another state (for example, the members of the European Union) if they have sovereignty they can repudiate that position. A non-sovereign state cannot. There is a lot of confusion over this issue of the provinces being sovereign. They are not! The statute of Westminster 1931 may have freed the provinces from the "British Parliament" but did not free them from the Crown, the Crown being the major governing body. For anyone who does not think that the Crown still rules Canada consider this. All land is Crown land not Canadian land, the Crown owns and controls you and your property because as subject you don't have the right to ownership only right of use. Look at your mortgage you are listed as a tenant, the land still belongs to the Crown. Your automobiles are registered to crown corporations. You need crown permission to do absolutely everything and if end up in a crown court it will have been because a crown employee will have put you there and to add insult onto injury you will probably require the assistance of an attorney from another crown adjunct the Bar...It just goes on. All physical land in Canada is the property of the Crown, Queen Elisabeth II. There is no provision in the Canada Act, or in the Constitution Act 1982 which amends it, for any Canadian to own any physical land in Canada. All that Canadians may hold, in conformity with medieval and feudal law, is an interest in an estate in land in fee simple. Land defined as ‘Crown land’ in Canada, and administered by the Federal Government and the Provinces, is merely land not ‘dedicated’ or assigned in freehold tenure. Freehold is tenure, not ownership. Freehold land is ‘held’ not ‘owned’.In my view the Statute of Westminster is a ruse that led uninformed people into believing something that was patently not true. This lie has led us down a path of complacency and acceptance of Crown control. Since the provinces were and still are subject to the Crown they were never given their sovereignty but were given the freedom from the British parliament who by the way is also subject to the Crown. So called Gurus like to use Section 11 to prove that the provinces are sovereign since 1931. 11. Notwithstanding anything in the Interpretation Act, 1889, the expression Colony shall not, in any Act of the Parliament of the United Kingdom passed after the commencement of this Act, include a Dominion or any Province or State forming part of a Dominion. This is what I'm saying. Where in the fuck does it say, indicate or hint that the provinces became free and sovereign? The statute of Westminster did not make the provinces sovereign and even if it did the people are still not free. These are corporate documents that have enslaved humanity and cannot be used as part of any new government strategy. I get supremely annoyed every time I hear it because it is patently not true. People have to understand the difference between corporations and or states vs the people. This is a system of state-ism where the people are subjects and the states are sovereign (except ours are not). Subjects have no rights only privileges, as such have no power to form a government of their own. If you want to form a government of the people then you recognize the people as supreme and the state as subject to the people. However if you want to Conn the people into believing that they are setting up a government of slaves by and for the slaves (subjects) then you go ahead and use the same enslaving documents to enslave yourself again. The fact that the Statute of Westminster did not grant the provinces their sovereignty is only secondary to the fact that the people are still enslaved! There is NO ACT OF ANY PARLIAMENT that can or will ever free the people, only we can do that and we do that by doing what it takes to gain our sovereignty and then we will have the power to form our own government. Finally creating a government for ourselves is the only way out of this mess. It was created to enslave us, literally, and if we want better then that then we have to create it.

Just a curiosity, how many people here view our political problems as merely a voting issue to correct political corruption? And how many people think that our problems extend beyond mere corruption and into downright conspiracy?
