Now that the kids are back in school, The Sound will be restarting our Ladies Only Kickboxing classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays @9:15am starting this Monday September 28th. This program is a perfect opportunity to improve your level of fitness and increase your core strength while learning some awesome new skills in a fun and safe environment. Cost for the Ladies Only Kickboxing classes is $99.00 per month. It’s time to challenge yourself and get out of your comfort zone!!! It’s time to get the kids off the couch and back into physical activity. Come check out The Sound Martial Arts’ kids and teens kickboxing and strength & conditioning classes. NEW TEENS CLASS The Sound Martial Arts will be offering co-ed classes for kids aged 11 to 17 on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5PM to 5:50PM starting on September 14th. Classes will focus on kickboxing, self defence and strength & conditioning components for a cost of $99 per month. The benefits of martial arts training for kids are immense.
