Well of course we were too optimistic when we rebooked the cancelled appointments. Based on today’s announcement the earliest we will be opening is February 12th. This time we will hold off until the week before re-opening to reschedule. We will reschedule based on the order of the cancellations. ... Stay safe and we hope to see everyone soon

Only a week into lockdown #2 and we miss all our clients so much. We can’t wait for this to be over and see everyone again in the store and the spa. You all do truly put a smile on both of our faces.

Well Shannon is heading into hibernation once again. Hopefully this time it will not be anywhere near as long as last time! Here is what the plan is: December 24th - she will be able to take care of all clients already booked Dec 31st to Jan 22nd - these will be cancelled. Shannon will work on Saturday Jan 23rd and then back to her regular Thursday/Friday schedule. ... We will call everyone in order of your booking to rebook starting on the 23rd. Shannon is fully booked in Kingston the next 2 days and I am hoping to be busy at the store so these calls will most likely be made next week. She has about 20 hours in bookings right now so she can get through them in her first week back. Any new bookings will be done after we get existing appointments booked back in. If the government extends the lockdown period we will redo the schedule again! We hope everyone is staying safe. We know most of us will have a much quieter holiday but we hope you enjoy it however you are celebrating .
