Summit Church Family: As you know, the Premier of Ontario announced last week that Places of Worship may re-open as of June 12, 2020 as long as the provided guidelines are being followed. We've been planning for and working towards our re-opening. Our staff has planned and worked diligently to make the required changes to our in-person gatherings and we have set up our building environment to ensure everyone's safety and comply with provincial guidelines. We are pleased to... announce that we will be open this Sunday, June 21st at our regular meeting time of 10am. Here are some of the changes you can expect when you come: Hand sanitizing stations will be available in the lobby and children’s church areas for general use. In addition, please wash your hands frequently with soap and water, avoid touching your face, and use the available hand sanitizer as frequently as necessary. If you are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms, please enjoy the service via livestream instead of coming in person. Our building environment is set up to observe physical distancing guidelines. In addition, we are encouraging people to maintain the suggested physical distancing of 6ft (2 metres) with non-household (or social bubble) members while in the building or outside in the parking lot. You are free to sit with people in your household or social bubble. Facemasks will be available for anyone who may want to wear one. We will not be passing around the offering bowls. There will be an offering box in the back of the auditorium. We encourage our Summit Church family to continue using the e-transfer option. You may also use the mail slot (East Doors) or mail your offering via Canada Post. Everyone will be invited to sign-in upon arriving. In addition, we are continuing to offer our livestream service for the foreseeable future. The livestream link for the Sunday Service will be available on our church facebook page and via email.
