Getting some of this awesome zucchini grated and in the freezer in preparation for some winter baking. Most of my zucchini recipes (breads, muffins, etc.) call for 3 cups of zucchini, so I portion out 3 cups for each freezer bag to make it easier when it comes time to use them

See that tassel we’re still a few good weeks from having corn ready and we’ll open the stand when we do. In the mean time we’ve got lots of lettuce and zucchini ready. If you’re wanting some shoot us a message to arrange pick up Zucchini $1 each... Romaine or iceberg lettuce $2 a head See more

The sweet corn and veggies are loving this heat It’s been a long wet spring and our sweet corn is a little behind this year (like all the crops around) but it’s looking amazing !!! We’ve had quite a few inquiries about the sweet spot shack... yes it came down with all that rain and flooding, yes we’ll be rebuilding it and heck yes we are soo looking forward to another sweet spot corn and veggie season

This is our last weekend for sweet corn make sure to stop by the stand and get some !!!

Corn Up-date We’ve been in between our corn patches the last few days and haven’t had corn. Our next patch is ready and we’ll have more amazing sweet corn for tomorrow and the weekend And of course lots of other great produce !!

Lots of fresh picked produce at the stand, thanks to the help of these great kids We’ve also got some tomatoes

Why yes, I did get totally soaked during that storm Blue skies now we’ve got lots of sweet corn, peaches and veggies

We got our corn on today This corn is nice and big and incredibly sweet, I really wanted to get some of this corn in the freezer !! I’m guessing we did about 8-10 dozen or so. It’s a bit of work but, come winter time and you get to eat sweet corn, it’s absolutely worth it

Happy Monday Stand is open !!! I’ve just restocked with more cucumbers, zucchini, other veggies and of course lots of amazing corn
