The Temiskaming Foundation is excited to announce that we are embarking on our first VitalSigns report! What is a VitalSigns report? A project implemented by Community Foundations of Canada to create a report that measures community vitality using local data. The report seeks to identify significant trends in key areas important to our community, such as environmental sustainability, education, and health care.... What is the goal of VitalSigns? The goal of this project is to inspire civic engagement, help communities direct their resources to where it is needed most, and highlight services within the community. In honour and memory of Tina Sartoretto, her brother Bert has established the Tina Sartoretto Fund under the Historic Cobalt Legacy Fund at The Temiskaming Foundation. This endowment fund will continue Tina's work in her beloved town of Cobalt. Donations can be made to Tina's fund on our website at https://temiskamingfoundation.ca/tina.
