The Tynpanic

My name’s Austin, and I’ll be playing guitar for The Tympanic’s! I’ve been playing guitar for about 7 years now and would like to start learning other instruments soon. My experience ranges from playing Rock the Fox shows to just simply plugging in and playing in front of friends and family. My eventual goal with music is to somehow turn it into a career. My biggest influences are bands like Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, and Nirvana, especially the lead guitarists of those bands. Personally, I’m influenced heavily by my guitar teacher, Roger Cranford. I’m really looking forward to playing with this talented group of musicians, and others to come!

Hello! My name is Jaden Bricker, and I play the drums for The Tympanic’s! I’ve been playing for roughly 5 years now. My biggest influences include Mick Mars, King Krule, We Are the City, The Zolas, Said the Whale, and Elton John. I’m excited and very saddened to be playing my last rock the fox this semester.

Hola my name is Zoey Taylor, I am 18 years old and I am playing the bass for The Tympanic’s. I have been playing bass for 6 years. Some artists that inspire me are Gordon Lightfoot and the Ozark Mountain Daredevils. I’m so excited for Rock the fox, I hope you see you at the show!!

My name is Brooklyn McKave and I am playing the piano for The tympanic’s. I’ve been playing the bass for almost 4 years, and I also play the bass guitar and sing. I have experience playing in our school show Rock the Fox, and playing in bar gigs. I also have experience playing in concert bands and with my friends. My goals moving forward with music are to improve my singing and performing. I would also someday love to write and record my own album. My biggest influential bands are Foo Fighters, Weezer, The Mamas and The Papas and Audioslave. I also really love artists like Tyler, The Creator, Kanye West, Earl Sweatshirt and Kendrick Lamar. I am so pumped for this semester and the great things to come!

My name is Amber Ao I am 16.(01/16/2004), and i’m in the band tympanic’s I have been singing for 10 years and will be doing back up vocals. I was inspired to sing, from my favourite song Bleeding Love - Leona Lewis. As I started singing it inspired me to explore more instruments. Now I play the piano, guitar, ukulele, and sing! I have a huge passion for music, and want to continue with my passion. When I sing or play a song I feel like the world had stop to listen to me. I want to be open to more opportunities, and learning more on my passion for music. I have wide ranges of vocals, and dedication to my work with music. I can’t wait to perform for The Tympanic’s see you there!
