This one is a little deep lyrically, and I really battled with myself as to whether or not it is too deep given the state of global affairs we all are living through, but I think the underlying message may ease some anxiety if indeed anyone is feeling overwhelmed. The lyrics to this song inspire me when I write, it is down to earth and reflective of reality and for some of us, realit...y is not always what we would like for ourselves. We all have ups and downs, peaks and valleys so...that being said please always look out for your brothers and sisters that you haven't met and weren't born from your parents or the same circumstances as you. Tiny Dancer as made famous by Elton John. A friend of mine, earlier today, sent a message asking if I could do Madman Across The Water. I said that I would see ...what I could do. I knew I didn't have the track but thought maybe I could find it on the interweb - no such luck. So I did this one instead which is equally as cool of a song. I think many of us wore the grooves out on our records listening to this artist. Everything he recorded turned to gold and speaking for myself his songs were a huge influence in my life and made the world a much nicer place. This is a song that will definitely live on forever. One of those bands where when you leave the venue after the show, 90% of the audience that is walking out beside you, is belting out in perfect harmony the biggest song of the night. It’s My Life as made famous by Bon Jovi. This one is a song that I got great response to whenever I did it live, and had more than one person tell me it is thei...r favourite song Ever. It is by one of the most amazing lyricists I have ever followed. He and his band have recorded countless songs that have been background tracks in our day to day lives. On a live stage he never fails to deliver - amazing voice. His band is awesome with some of the best hard rock vocal harmonies in the rock and roll arena. Off stage his philanthropic heart has provided love, guidance and assistance to so many who just needed a helping hand. I salute the music and I salute the man - Hats off to you sir. FOXY I did this one last week for the cashier at my local dollar store. I was buying some canvas when she asked if I would like to paint her a fox. I thought it appropriate. Very pleasant person, so I was glad to.

It was such a beautiful day today. I sat outside and painted this, even got a bit of a sun burn. Giving thanks for beautiful sunny days.

I brought this Hibiscus plant inside the other day and as of yesterday it blessed me with this magnificence with another one ready to bloom tomorrow. Hibiscus are my favourite flower. Must be the tropical island vibe.

I painted this one a few years ago now. It is looking up the river from my beach. It looks much different every year though after the river rises and falls in the spring.
