Made 85 cabbage rolls today and had one left over after I filled my trays!!! Love it when that happens. Lol

Here is something to DEFINITELY try with our egg roll bowls!!! I added some fresh bean sprouts to our egg roll mix. stir fried it up for a few minutes, then wrapped some up in an egg roll wrapper, and quick fried in canola oil :) SO FAST, FRESH and delicious!!! Better than the takeout ones we buy!!!! <3

We have started to make perogies again!!!! We will be offering them frozen in bags of a dozen. $10 per bag. For the time being it will only be regular cheddar/potato available. Also available are our trays of Cabbage Rolls, Kraut with sausage, macaroni and cheese trays, egg roll bowls and schnitzel!

How much cheese goes into our mac and cheese? A LOT!!!! ;)

I've had a few messages regarding our Schnitzels! We tenderize fresh pork cutlets, dredge them through seasoned flour, eggs and bread crumbs. They are then wrapped in butcher paper and frozen. All you need to do is thaw and pan fry in a little oil until crispy and golden. $7 per cutlet.

Hello! I just wanted to post a quick update on our future plans. We have made the very difficult decision to move our business out of Connie's Country Store in Dresden and back into our commercial kitchen that we have here on our home property. It was not a simple decision by any means, and we feel like we never really had the opportunity to give it our all, but the way things have been going, and with the upcoming school year approaching and so many uncertainties, we feel t...hat it is the right thing for our business, and for our family. Beginning this coming Monday, I will start posting the foods that we will be making - which will mostly consist of our freezer to your oven foods to cook in the comfort of your homes as well. Example - our Cabbage Roll trays, macaroni trays etc... with some "Specials" thrown in there on certain days as well. I hope everyone understands, and we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting us uptown and of course here at our home!!! See more

I have really missed making them, so we decided to make a batch last week, and although those trays are spoken for, I am planning on making another batch this Thursday, and again the following week. We are also making our trays of mac and cheese. We still have a commercial kitchen on our home property, and that is where I will b...e making these items until things start to get back to normal and we can return to Connie's Country Store in Dresden. We are currently discussing what to do moving forward with all that is happening regarding covid-19 and many businesses closing.
