We’re seeing too many posts about the recent rainy weather... Is everyone forgetting we’ve still got some summer left?! Today is the perfect day to try out our Rosé Berry Blast recipe as a little reminder. Enjoy, summer-lovers! #StillSummer #PumpkinSpiceCanWait #FriYay #SummerOn Ingredients: 1 bottle XOXO Rosé, chilled 1 bag frozen blueberries (or any other frozen berries!)... 1 container frozen pink lemonade 1 litre lemon-lime soda 1 lime 1 bunch of mint (for garnish) Directions: 1. In a large pitcher, mix XOXO, frozen blueberries, and frozen pink lemonade together. 2. Allow the flavours to marry in the refrigerator for an hour. 3. Pour into a glass, top with lemon-lime soda and a spritz of lime, garnish with some mint and enjoy!

Cabernet Franc grapes are changing colour! We took a walk around the vineyard yesterday to see how the grapes were coming along... A great time of year to visit Niagara On The Lake and stop by one of our 4 Estate Wineries. Peller Estates, Trius Estates, Wayne Gretzky Estates & Thirty Bench. But no need to wait!
