Meet Ashley Smith Ashley is one of the faces and creators of The Woods Hair Salon. For the last 5 years she has been the salon manager and coordinator. Through her teenage years she dreamed of becoming a hair stylist, creating her own business plan and envisioning what her salon would look like. At 19 Ashley went into the heath care field where she spent 11 years. After meeting the love of her life, hair stylist, Tyler Smith, they created The Woods Hair Salon. Now, after 5 ye...ars in business, she is finally stepping into the world of hair. She is excited to learn from some of the most passionate, creative and supportive stylists. When she is not at the salon you will find her with her 3 daughters, spending time in nature, reading and continuously educating herself in the areas of life she is most curious and passionate about. Ashley is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Essential Oil Specialist and feels strongly about working with the body, mind and spirit as a whole. Her practice focuses on a holistic approach to health and hair. I truly believe our beauty comes from within. Feeling beautiful on the inside is the key to feeling beautiful on the outside.
