Hey everyone so since dates nights are now none existent again due to lockdown I will be offering couples date night yoga again on Friday nights at 8:30pm via zoom starting Jan. 8th $20 per class its a fun night in with your partner and bring along a drink or 2 and share some laughs with some friends. Ok I'm looking at Friday 11am for 55+ yoga or light yoga and Friday evening around 6:30 for adults and thirsday afternoon @11am for dancers do those work for everyone?

Hi everyone I hope this finds you all healthy and staying safe inside. Obviously with world events happening I can no longer have classes at my home with you all. However I do have a plan. I have the zoom app (a free download) It's a video meeting app that works well. It allows me 40 minutes per meeting but once it cuts out we can always reestablish connections and continue on. I will be posting class times tomorrow.

Big news for @theyogacottagegirl We will be starting yoga classes Moving Art Centre starting November I'm so excited to have the opportunity to teach at this amazing studio. 2 classes weekly and designed for everyone. So there's something new happening here at the studio, well technically not here, but happening all the same. I have now started private/group in home yoga sessions.It's about time, right? I know it's hard to get the motivation to leave the house after a long day and head to class, so instead of leaving your house I come to you :) I have space for a few clients who wish to take advantage of this offer and I also have some bulk packages available.
