What a great class at Liva Health this morning! Lots of laughs in the practice today :D Join me tomorrow morning, 6am to start your week off on the right foot and help recover from your weekend :)

6am Yoga for Athletes class at energy fitness studio tomorrow morning. Not a member? Come to the open house this weekend. Lots of activities will be taking place, along with a BBQ and of course a yoga class with me :D

It's been a beautiful weekend, which of course means lots of cycling, running, hiking, etc. Come join me, The Yogi Cyclist, tomorrow morning at Liva Heath on Welland Ave, St.Cath for 6am yoga for athletes. Let's see what we can do to make those muscles feel better after working them so hard over the weekend. See you in the morning :)
