That won't break! Our customer came to us with the complaint that his gate openers would fall off of his gates and become loose causing the gate to malfunction and do the funky chicken instead of opening like they should. We welded on a nice beefy piece to fasten the opener to properly. This is how it should have been done from the beginning!... With the paint on, it is almost impossible to tell that it wasn't built this way from the manufacturer. This gate should be good to go for many years now! Yes we do mobile work! I had alot of fun doing this job. We had to straighten a bent shaft and fabricate a new spring mount for the mower suspension system. We managed to save the customer half of the cost of a replacement part from the dealership. That feels good!... I love it when we can help our customers save money. Everybody wins!

What a unique challenge this was! We were asked to design and fabricate a set of hydraulic outriggers and I must say they turned out pretty nice! It was a little tough to come up with a way to get the fluid power inside the slider tube but we ended up with a slick and discreet design. ... The top cylinder port we welded right to the end of the cylinder and the lower one we attached a hose to also get it up to the top of the slider. All in all we were happy with the end result and more importantly, so was the customer.
