(That takes you up until Christmas) Each week will be a different workout style and I will add a homework assignment. When you complete the workout and your... assignment send me a DM. No need to rush the exercises as I want you to execute them with good form so you get the most out of them. Make sure to warm up and cool down. There are many free apps that help you track and even remind you to drink. Throwing it back to 5 years ago this weekend when I ran the @chimarathon. . And yes that’s me drinking a beer ...like I’m drinking tea...at the finish area. I’m not a beer drinker ( can’t you tell) but when it’s tradition, everyone around is drinking, it’s cold & free and you are soooo thirsty you enjoy a sip - I had to make sure it was caught on camera too. . It’s a shame that another great marathon event has been cancelled. The route takes runners through the downtown s...treets - it’s quite something. So many fans! And the weather this time of year is so ideal for a marathon. . There are 6 World Marathon Majors. Chicago was my 3rd ( I have run Boston and New York) of the 6. My goal is to complete all 6. The other 3 are in London, Berlin & Tokyo. With the state of world right now this goal has proven to be more challenging. I will get to these 3 events but it may take me a little longer than I originally anticipated. . Anyone else out there have a goal that has been postponed by this pandemic? If you are under 40 you probably didn’t know that before Paula Abdul was an American Idol judge she was a Laker girl turned choreographer, dancer,pop singer, and actress. She was discovered by the Jacksons . Aerobic classes were hot in the 90’s as were music videos with lots of dance moves. In 1995 Paula released GET UP and DANCE followed by CARDiO DANCE in 1998.
