The Second Aid

Tonight an old friend from high school, committed suicide. He was 41 and had two children. Regardless of why he killed himself, there is no doubt in my mind, that he felt so very alone. That he had no one to turn to for help, consult, advice or even a hug. Being alone isn't only a social feeling, it is also a mental feeling. Knowing your own worth, knowing your own value matters.
