Stranger times are here. . If this pandemic has taught us anything at all it's shown that we aren't in total control of outside circumstances. . We are now being told to mask up everywhere we go and not to see any friends or family outside of our household.... . I'm writing this as a memory journal entry... These are the strangest times we have lived through. . The numbers and risk of death IMO don't really add up to where things have gotten to now for all these new mandates in place locking us down and threatening to fine us for breaking these new rules. . Unfortunately this is outside of our control... Currently atleast. . What are we in control of?! . Well let's dive into that. We have ourselves and that's really all that matters in a not so selfish kind of way. You have everything you need right now to better yourself and discover more about yourself than ever before. You can read, meditate, practice self love, and create new habits and mindsets that can propell you forward into the future. Now is the best time to get focused and find your true purpose. . How can you help this world become a better place during all of this uncertainty? . Look at where people are currently struggling. . It's mostly mental health and a lack of uncertainty that is causing us to be the most stressed out at the moment. . Check in with loved ones and friends especially if you can help them find ways to cope. This little act of kindness can change someone's trajectory in this moment. . Love yourself. . Be kind to the ones working in the places we need to visit for groceries and essentials. (They're also struggling) . Just breath. Everything is going to work out for us. .
