Offer to go out and get groceries and/or do errands to help however you can. 3) SHOP LOCAL - It may cost you a bit more, or maybe not, but buy everything from small, 100% local stores, including takeout from local restaurants. Barring that, at least buy the goods that you need from local retailers. 4) TAKE TIME - Many people will struggle with various mental health issues. Be patient and take time to engage with people to help them cope. This includes the elderly. 5) BE AVAILABLE - Take time to plan and do family activities that do not involve watching TV or being on your phone or other electronic device. Spring has sprung!
