In October, Toronto’s real estate market saw that a large number of home buyers favoured detached homes in suburban communities as opposed to downtown condos. The average selling price for homes in the GTA in October was $968,318, which is 13.7 per cent higher than what we saw last October, when the average was $851,877. The condo market on the other hand, has pretty much flattened price-wise at only 0.7 per cent higher than last year. ...
