We’re excited for the reopening of dine-in services of our hospitality tenants at Market Square. Whistle Buoy Brewing Company, The Drake Eatery, Cafe Mexico and Fuego Old Town Eatery are among the first restaurants to participate in the City of Victoria’s program aimed at expanding outdoor seating space. The expanded space within our courtyard is a collaborative effort between Anthem and our tenants to safely welcoming guests back to Market Square while maintaining physical distancing. We anticipate more of our hospitality tenants to open courtyard patios in the near future.

We have reopened our residential presentation centres and our commercial properties have welcomed back over 90% of our tenants.
