Private Cooking Classes, $325* - until July 31, 2013 Private one-on-one cooking lesson with your culinary guru; first in class graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, award winning caterer, eating designer and food artist Chef Nicole Schuchard! Need specialized menus for pre-diabetes? Chef Nicole is a PhD candidate in Natural Medicine and would be happy to accommodate!... Book an off-peak date, in-home, one-on-one, two hour lesson - with one hour of onsite prep/clean up and 30 minutes shopping (so three and half hours) for only *325$ plus the cost of ingredients - pantry items are charged nominally, (and any travel) and hst. Chef will take into account the dishes or type of cuisine and current skill level and then create a menu. Depending on how time consuming each dish is accounts for the number of dishes we could create. Chef provides recipes (or can work from one of your favourite menus or cookbooks) and answers any questions throughout the lesson and if the student needs to work on something specific in cuisine, she will do a more intensive instruction to build skills.
