Identuality,a virtual piece of devised theatre, directed by Jay. WhItehead, Running NOV. 9th - NOV. 22st, at 7-9pm everyday. The work, which includes dance, monologues, and movement pieces, is visceral and vulnerable, where the cast, in their own spaces off-campus, present creative work surrounding topics that are personally meaningful and impactful. They are figuring out who they are, says Whitehead. They are removing their masks and revealing who they truly are as individuals. Our first contest of spooky month is going to be Pumpkin Carving! For this challenge, carve a pumpkin, or anything you can find around your house, there are no restrictions to what your carve! The winner of this challenge will win one ticket to Isolatrix, and one to The Night Lily, the fall shows being put on by Theatre Xtra! ... We will be looking for creativity and spookiness! So bring your A game! Go ahead and post your progress to social media and tag the Theatre Arts Society (We will be posting everyone’s creations at the end of the week so don’t feel obligated to post) To Submit - Send a photo of your piece and a short sentence of your inspiration to [email protected] before 3PM on FRIDAY OCTOBER 9TH There is only one rule - it CANNOT be digital, we want it to be crafty!

The spookiest month of the year is upon us, and to celebrate TAS wants to see your Halloween spirit! For the month of October, a new contest will be announced every week. To make a submission, simply email a picture of your creation for the contest that week to [email protected], and feel free to post it on your social media as well!... Winners will be chosen on Friday of each week, and the winner of each contest will take home the weekly prize! The first contest will begin TOMORROW!! Be sure to check back here for more information!
