This summer at the beach exchange we have made a few changes. First we have moved the lending library from Saffies here so that there is more room for books. If you have kids books, Craft books or any other type of book you no longer need, please bring them here! Then browse the shelf and find a fun book to enjoy! Due to COVID-19 we are not going to be able to have as many events, so we decided to bring the community together by having weekly challenges. Starting July 5th come and check out the fun activities that you can do as a family, individually or with friends! Stay safe and have a wonderful summer at Albert Beach!

We are all really excited for Gordon's great opportunity and looking forward to the fall of 2021 when he plans to come back and build his workshop! Good luck Gordon!

We’re thrilled to be welcoming our bilingual troubadour, singer-songwriter Justin Lacroix back to Albert Beach for a songwriting creative residency! Next week, ...mornings of Mon Aug 12-Wed Aug 14, you’re welcome to join him at the Beach Exchange to write some songs together. He’ll perform these new songs for everyone at a concert on Fri Aug 16 (benefit for Lake Winnipeg Foundation!) and he’ll share a few more of his folk-pop, groovy tunes with you and a whole lotta heart. Note that Justin Lacroix will be hosting Tuesday’s Open Mic at Le Gouter. So much music at the lake! These sessions are open to all!
