Hey everyone! I am behind on my messages(surprise I know ) I am waiting to figure out my personal schedule for the next couple of weeks and I don’t want to book things and have to move them around. At this time I have decided I will not be accepting any new clients for services such as lash extensions & gel nails. Unfortunately I do not have the space in my schedule moving forward to do maintenance appointments every 3 weeks I am absolutely humbled by all the referrals and inquiries, however unfortunately there are only so many hours in a day! I will still have time for shorter services, therefore anyone looking for anything besides- don’t hesitate to reach out ... Also, thank you for your patience regarding message replies!

Well... I can’t believe I have to make this post. Unfortunately I have had SIX hours worth of No-Show appointments within the last 6 days. As a self employed solo business owner this is DEVASTATING. ... This is my only source of income, when you book an appointment and fail to show up, I am losing my only source of income. To put it in perspective I have just lost a minimum of $300. As well as 6 hours of work. People are begging to get in for appointments after the COVID shutdown. So on that note, I kindly ask that you have some respect and sympathy. My scheduling system sends out reminders 24 hours in advance. There is no reason you cannot give me a heads up. Thank you to all of my loyal clients who continue to support me, and do not let me down.

Hello everyone It is SO good to be back I had an excellent first week back to work and it is so nice to see all your beautiful faces and catch up! ... Things are of course a little different at the beauty chamber due to new protocols I would just like to post and let everyone know: I am booking 15 minutes between each appointment for cleaning/disinfecting/sterilizing I ask that you come alone to your appointment unless you require a caregiver/guardian Both myself AND my client are REQUIRED to wear a mask for the duration of your appointment There are masks available for purchase if you do not have your own PLEASE wait in your car upon arrival to the studio, text/call 709-424-4508 to let me know you have arrived. I will let you know when it is okay to enter Debit, Credit and tap options are available in studio. I ask that you please avoid paying cash. Hand sanitizer is available for use upon entry, as well as a hand washing station if preferred I am so thankful for all of you Can not wait to see returning faces and new ones as well Any questions please don’t hesitate to ask! Appointments available! Grab them while you can & I don’t know about you guys but I am SO ready to get back (semi) normal again

The Beauty Chamber is set to re-open on June 8th when our province moves to level 3. I will be contacting those on my list today who are looking for appointments. Those who were due to come in the week of the closure are top priority. Please note: As of now I will be accepting most services, however facials and spray tans I am unsure of at this time. ... Both myself and my client will be required to wear a mask for the duration of their appointment. I will have disposable masks on hand. You are welcome to bring your own masks. I am unsure if I will be charging a small fee for them at this time or not. I will be slotting time in between appointments for thorough sanitization. There are no guests allowed at your appointments, it will be strictly 1 on 1 unless a parent/guardian must be present. There will be a covid release form you must sign upon arrival. You will be required to wash/ sanitize your hands immediately upon arrival into the studio. PLEASE WAIT in your car until I text you that it is safe to come in. There will be no use of the waiting area at this time until further notice. I am looking forward to seeing all of your beautiful faces soon I hope you are all staying safe and healthy.

Dear Beauties, I miss you all SO much. I hope you know I’m thinking of each and every one of you. I’m hoping you are all safe and cozy at home, I hope the kids aren’t driving you too crazy, I hope being cooped up in the house isn’t making you too stir crazy, and I wish more than anything you are all healthy and well My clients are not just my clients. You are friends whom I LOVE to chat with. I’m missing all your life updates. I’m missing your beautiful smiles and chee...ry attitudes. I miss our nail and lash dates, along with everything else. You are all AMAZING. I am SO thankful for all of you, who have supported me through my business and even encouraged me in my personal life. You guys help me keep a job which I LOVE doing. Work is hardly ever work. So please know, I am here, I’m thinking of you, I’d love to hear from you. I’m sorry I’ve been MIA. I know we’re all trying to navigate our new normal for the last while. A sad day @thebeautychamberyqx Due to current circumstances in the world, the most responsible choice to make is to close until further notice. Please know I am missing you all SO much already and I care for each and every one of you more than you know. I know these are very trying times for everyone, financially and mentally. I wish you all the best through self isolation and hope your families stay safe and healthy. Without our health, we have nothing. Self distancing is ...impossible in this industry when we are holding hands for up to 2 hours.
