Quick update: 1st note; with the help of everyone we were successfully able to deliver approximately 201 board games to the community in 5 days while maintaining social distancing. 2nd note; we seem to be all caught up on deliveries as of today. We have 1 e-transfer we have not accepted because we seem unable to tie it to any particular facebook order or name. If you sent us money and haven't received anything please let us know. ... 3rd note; at this point, while orders are slowing down we still have a fair bit of retail product left and are still continuing to discount products further. Quick update, we did approximately 26 deliveries yesterday but we are still working on orders that were placed Friday night. Please be patient and we will do our best to make sure we do not miss anything.

Okay for everyone who sent us a message we've marked down everything as of 8:57pm and will continue tomorrow. If you have not received confirmation of prices we will follow up tomorrow as well but for now we need a break! Thanks so much; 145 board games found new homes.

Here is our final inventory list for purchase. ****READ FIRST**** Please include the following in a facebook message to our page account, we can only accept E-Transfer as payment currently;... 1. Titles you are interested in including the price. 2. Address you would like the games delivered to (within Nanaimo) 3. Email address in which you intend on using E-Transfer with. Please note we may not immediately respond to all messages but we will be as prompt as can be. We will respect facebook messenger timestamps for priority of allocation. Initiate Plan C. We will no longer be open evenings for our sale or open to the public in general. We will be posting a google docs spreadsheet of all of our remaining inventory with pricing and discounts at 6:00pm. This includes retail and our library titles. Once the list is available, please message us any titles you would like and we will accept e-transfer for payment once we provide you with a total. We will then deliver them free of charge to any location within Nanaimo (please give us time to coordinate this). If we do not respond to messages please do not re-message us. Titles will be allocated according to facebook messenger timestamps. Thanks for your understanding.

We absolutely choose to remain as fluid as possible amidst the process of closing our business however we never could have planned for an outcome like this in a million years. As it is essentially the core of our business model to encourage as much social engagement as possible, it is 100% counter intuitive to continue on our existing timeline of closing. That said, we bid farewell to the 'stay-n-play' component of our business in it's entirety. We will move forward our ret...ail liquidation date to begin this Wednesday March 18th @ 6:00pm. (We will be closed tomorrow). If anyone has reserved titles in our library for purchase feel free to pick them up any time beginning March 18th (between 6:00-9:00pm). Amidst the bank's fears of the global economic ramifications of Corona virus and the likelihood of a massive recession as a result our buyer was unable to secure appropriate financing required to close the sale. So with that sad news we will unfortunately be closing. We'd like to apologize to everyone for getting your hopes up however we could have never anticipated something like this would happen - the world changes so quickly these days. Since spring break is arriving very quickly, we've decided to push our final day until the very end - Sunday, March 29th. Please be patient regarding sales and liquidation as we will have more information posted soon.
