I d like say thank to everyone practicing social distancing and for following the the allotted pick up times. I am doing my part by being the only one in the kitchen, sanitizing after every customer pick up & using businesses that are following the same steps to ensure no spreading of this virus. The more we keep up with these procedures hopefully the quicker we can get over this. You all are kicking ass & it warms my heart to see so many follow the protocol & the coming t...ogether to not come together to get over this hump. I will continue my efforts & due diligence as well as have some more prepared food options with free delivery to those who not only need but are taking steps to not go out. As a result to new developments I will be closing my doors to the public to eat in. I will do free delivery for bone broth & soups on orders over $50 in St.Catharines. The stores are bonkers during this outbreak. I'm just one guy in a kitchen making homemade soups & prepared foods. I will be opening Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 to 4. Please pre order as I cook in small batches....especially the chicken noodle soup which again is made from whole chickens & fresh pasta dough. I have many other soups this week such as: sweet potato , lentil vegetable, corn & red pepper, potato cheddar bacon, mushroom, Moroccan carrot & bone broths which are super good for you. I'm making bread daily & will have sheppards pie available as well. Soups are $12 liter, chicken bone broth $7 liter & beef bone broth is $8 liter. Everything freezes well. Please take care during this period.

This friday night feature from 5 to 7 will be lamb flatbread with roasted garlic, red pepper, goat cheese & Chimichurri. Available ready to eat for home or vac packed for freezer.
