Blessed to have more time with their kid’s but how do you work and keep them happy and entertained while you have to work and run a household? How do you not feel guilty for working? I am blessed to have such an amazing crew of women that I teach that support me and understand sometimes a mama just has to do what she has to do and bring their little one. Mya has been having fun learning from these awe...some women and being inspired to do what they do! Shooting virtual workout’s, returning emails and creating programs not so fun. What are your tips for keeping them entertained while you work or for ditching the guilt? P.S. these bird dogs with banded tricep kickbacks are no joke! Give them a try!
