Being David Bowie Documentary - It's no surprise, with Michael Bell being the kind of responsible citizen that he is, that he asked if we could return to the sc...ene of our interview shoot the other day to get some additional footage of him wearing his (The Bowie Lives) face mask. A little Tuesday afternoon Bowie tribute pick-me-up. Performed by the world's best Bowie tribute artists The Bowie Lives. Let's be honest...when it comes to tribute authenticity and magic of the experience...it's not even close. This band flies in a different stratosphere. Judge for yourself. (The excitement doesn't lie, does it? ;)) I'm still working away on this Being David Bowie Documentary - and I thought a little Tuesday afternoon pick me up might be appreciated. Who doe...sn't love a little Bowie in the afternoon? Of course the current times has impacted our timeline for completion of this project. But, that's ok. What still really encourages me about this film-in-progress is just how great the base content is. There is a genuine excitement/electricity evident in all of the footage that has been collected so far. And, quite simply, it's a great story. So, for now...enjoy this little throwback moment from a few months ago (March). And you know, just because things have slowed down for the band, it doesn't mean that your support and encouragement for them isn't as important, or more important, now than it ever was...all efforts are still appreciated and helpful.
