We started off the new year sitting by the ocean at night, listening to the womb and heartbeat of Gaia, talking about what we were grateful for, what we were intending and manifesting for our future. We wrote down our intentions for the year and released them to the cosmos with fire. Let's release what doesn't serve us and focus on what does. In 2021, and for the next few years, let's practice a wonderful turn of phrase I just got from the incomparable @leeharrisenergy - Cultivate who and how you want to be...an awesome way to frame being present in the moment, with each action and situation and experience...check in with who and how you want to be as you co-create your reality and your story.
